The ABN AMRO Kunstruimte (Art Space) offers space to one of the largest corporate collections in the Netherlands. The collection provides a broad picture of post-war visual art in the Netherlands. In addition to changing exhibitions, the permanent collection can be visited, with works by various modern art movements and artists such as Willem de Kooning, Donald Judd, Roy Lichtenstein and Anish Kapoor. The ABN AMRO Kunstruimte is open Monday to Friday from 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM.

The AkzoNobel Art Space, on the border of Zuidas and Beatrixpark, houses the AkzoNobel collection of artworks by internationally renowned artists and young talent. AkzoNobel has been collecting and exhibiting contemporary art since 1996 and the collection is intended as a source for innovation and creative reflection. The AkzoNobel Art Space is open Monday to Friday, from 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM.

Every Thursday between 09:00 AM and 04:00 PM you can visit the Zuidas market on George Gershwinplein: the place for fresh groceries, delicacies and various tasty snacks for lunch.

This exhibition and a series of dialogues bring together the perspectives of artists and researchers on the subject of water. Different approaches to water are explored: from colonial trade routes to the ecological impact of our changing climate. With work by Valerie van Leersum, Tanja Engelberts, Suzette Bousema, Huniti Goldox and Jana Romanova. On view until 24 October 2025.

ARTZUID 2025 will transform the public space in Amsterdam Zuid into an open-air museum from 21 May to 21 September 2025. The sculpture route, with works by 60 artists, focuses on Amsterdam 750 years and the city's characteristic freedom and tolerance. The 5-kilometre route runs along Minervalaan, Apollolaan and Churchilllaan. The starting point is at the Artzuid Information Pavilion, at Minervalaan 1, Amsterdam. Free admission. On the Maurice Ravellaan you can now visit the open-air exhibition 'Zuidas: Building Connections'. Nine street artists from the Netherlands and abroad transformed 120 m of construction hoardings into colourful street art, with themes such as hope, future, past, experiences, community, unity and acceptance. Free to visit daily.

At this educational craft camp, children will work on various art assignments for 5 days (Monday to Friday). They will learn to work with various techniques, materials, shapes and colours and will be introduced to art in a playful way. For children aged 5 to 12. Violinist Emma Roijackers and Laura Rickard have formed a close-knit duo for years, performing a program brimming with rhythmic energy, dance influences, and unexpected twists during the Grachtenfestival. Featuring duo works by innovative composers from the past and present: Grażyna Bacewicz, Ernest Moeran, Judith Weir, and John Harbison. Tuesday, August 19, from 12:30 to 1:30 PM. Free admission. JONG JOC (Jazz Orchestra of the Concertgebouw) is a fresh big band with young musicians aged 12 to 18. Led by pianist and arranger Chris Muller, the band plays a wide range of styles: from the swinging 70s soul of Stevie Wonder to the contemporary brass sound of Gallowstreet.
