Update on central section of De Boelelaan

We last reported on the central section of De Boelelaan on 23 October 2020. Work is now fully underway, fortunately, and we will be able to inform you about the final designs next year.

Potential WTC extension becomes overall masterplan study

The owner of WTC Amsterdam, CBRE Investment Management, is conducting a masterplan study on the long-term future structure of the entire WTC complex. This means that the extension work on towers A and B will not be happening, at least for now.

Take part in the annual mobility survey

Again this year, we are conducting a survey on mobility in Zuidas, in partnership with the ‘Taskforce Bereikbaarheid’ (Accessibility Taskforce) and the ‘Van A tot Zuidas’ platform. Maurice Ravellaan starts to take shape

Next to the southern entrance to Valley, the first piece of Maurice Ravellaan is now in place. This avenue will be the access route to the new Ravel residential neighbourhood. A crossroads has now appeared where Mahlerlaan previously formed a T-junction with Beethovenstraat.

Urgent works cause disruption on De Boelelaan

Starting on Friday, 19 November 2021, one lane for car traffic on the southern side and the southern cycle lane on De Boelelaan will be closed for at least six days, close to Antonio Vivaldistraat. This is because of urgent works.

Making Wielingenstraat greener and safer

Major maintenance work is expected to start in Wielingenstraat in July 2022. We have already sounded out local residents and users for their views on what should be done. These have now been incorporated in a provisional design that we will be happy to tell you more about on 11 October 2021.

Site access road for housing complexes and Conservatorium
