A new public space in Vivaldi. It will take a while, but will be worth it.

At the moment, the Vivaldi neighbourhood (between Vivaldistraat and Europaboulevard) is still seen as a stony and barren neighbourhood, even though the greenery is already starting to gain territory in some places. As part of our Green Loop ('Groene Lus') design, we are creating even more space for trees, plants and other green areas. To achieve this, we are reorganising the space between the buildings. By removing parking spaces and narrowing the traffic lane for cars (one-way traffic requires less space than two-way traffic), we will be able to add spacious green areas and make more room for pedestrians.
