Well House exudes health and flexibility

NSI contracts JP van Eesteren to build 'Well House'

In 2025, one of the tallest wooden office buildings in the world will be created at the end of the future Maurice Ravellaan. Its name: Well House. Listed office investor NSI has contracted JP van Eesteren for the development of this imposing tower.

Marigolds and pumpkins in this temporary school garden

Soon, an enormous office building will be built on the plot of land between the EMA building and Van der Valk, but for the next eighteen months the plot will be home to a school garden for local children and the whole community. Years 4 and 5 at the AICS school have created a ‘community garden’ there – and anyone who lives or works in the area is welcome.

Planning procedure for new wooden building and plot adjacent to A10

The City of Amsterdam is preparing a draft zoning plan to allow the construction of office buildings on Domenico Scarlattilaan, between the EMA Building and Van der Valk Hotel Zuidas, and on the corner of Domenico Scarlattilaan and Antonio Vivaldistraat.
