Starting on 1 May 2023, we are inviting the local community to suggest ideas for the pocket park between PI59 and law firm Freshfields. Zuidas and CBRE Global Investors are working on a feasibility study for a possible new development to the south of the WTC, in Mathijs Vermeulenpad. In addition to the plans for Tower Ten, the WTC complex itself may also be expanded.
