Successful weekend ends on disappointing note
This weekend, we successfully inserted 1,905.75 metres of sheet piling into the ground at different locations along the A10 Zuid. But there was one sour note: because of damage to the road surface, traffic coming from the A4 will be disrupted for several days.

Multiple works on Amsterdam road network in 2024
Amsterdam is set to experience a year of works on roads, bridges and the railway. On the south side, Zuidasdok is working to improve accessibility. Elsewhere, Rijkswaterstaat (the Public Works Department), ProRail and the City of Amsterdam are also carrying out works. ‘This year will still be relatively quiet.'

Reminder: A10 Zuid closed in the direction of Schiphol for two weekends
For two weekends in September 2023, there will be major traffic disruption on the south side of Amsterdam. Between 8 and 11 September and between 22 and 25 September, the A10 Zuid in the direction of Schiphol and The Hague will be closed from the Amstel interchange to the S108 VUmc access road.

Digging safely in the A10 embankment and the track

Launch of tender for A10 Zuid tunnel
The tendering process for the construction of a motorway tunnel at the centre of Zuidas has been launched. We are diverting part of the A10 underground in order to extend Amsterdam Zuid station. This is all part of the Zuidasdok project.
