- S109 access road widened during A10 summer works During the eight-day closure of the A10 in August 2023, we will be widening the S109 access road, doubling its size. It will be temporarily increased to two carriageways in order to optimise traffic flow. Before that, we will be closing the access road in the night of 5/6 August.

- Launch of tender for A10 Zuid tunnel The tendering process for the construction of a motorway tunnel at the centre of Zuidas has been launched. We are diverting part of the A10 underground in order to extend Amsterdam Zuid station. This is all part of the Zuidasdok project.
- Construction work starts on housing next to Beatrixpark Behind the offices of AkzoNobel and Stibbe, we have started preparatory work for the construction of two residential towers. Upcoming work will include installing sheet piling into the ground. Construction is expected to start next year.
- Demolition work continues on car park under A10 Zuid We are currently in the process of partially demolishing the former Atrium car park underneath the A10 Zuid. This work is necessary because this is where the entrance to the additional station passageway – the Brittenpassage – will be. All of the concrete removed will be reused.
