Xavier consists of three apartment blocks with a total of 159 apartments. These are distributed across the 22-storey high-rise building on Gustav Mahlerlaan and two 6-storey urban villas on George Gershwinlaan.
Xavier is a rugged and modern residential building that simultaneously retains a classic look and feel. The upper twelve storeys of its tallest residential tower feature 49 exclusive owner-occupied apartments with a spectacular view over the city and surrounding area. All of the apartments have sunny balconies or patios and underneath the building is a car park with 120 parking spaces that can be purchased by the homeowners. On the ground floor of the building on Gustav Mahlerlaan, shops and catering facilities will be constructed.
Realisation
Xavier is a design by Piet Köther, KenK Architecten. Client is Zuidschans C.V., a combination of AM and BPD. The building is being realized by Waal.
