To celebrate Amsterdam's 750th anniversary, the WTC is exhibiting a 70-square-meter 3D-printed model of the city. At a scale of 1:2000, the model depicts 75 striking and historic buildings. Information Centre Zuidas-Zuidasdok | Strawinskylaan 59Testing tunnel construction method
The construction of the A10 South Tunnel will begin in 2027. We are already testing various construction methods for the tunnel walls. We are organizing two free tours to the test site, between the courthouse and Buitenveldert Cemetery, on Wednesday, 18 March and Thursday, 26 March 2026. We will meet at the Zuidas-Zuidasdok Information Centre. Our information officer will welcome you and take you to the test site. You will learn all about the construction of the tunnel (walls) and will, of course, have the opportunity to ask questions. Register here to take a look at the testing.

During this information meeting, we will present the upcoming work and inform you about the upcoming closures. You can drop in at two times:

After this afternoon meeting, we'll give a tour (from 1.30 PM to 2.30 PM) of the area between Amstelveenseweg and the Schinkel Bridge. You can register for the tour here. - 5.30 PM – 7 PM, the presentation starts at 5.45 PM.
