NoMA House

The NoMA House provides space to meet, work together and offers a comfortable and productive working environment. The NoMA House was built at the centre of Amsterdam’s ‘financial mile’, in one of the last available plots at the heart of Zuidas, opposite the entrance to Amsterdam Zuid mainline station.

This new central area – featuring the NoMA House on the corner as a centrepiece – is set to rapidly fill up in the years ahead, with a new generation of offices, hotels, apartment buildings and amenities.

The NoMA House offers approximately 14,000 sq. m., spread across 11 floors. The building is extremely energy-efficient (BREEAM Outstanding) and highly flexible, making it easy to introduce new layout designs in the future. The transparent architecture, upmarket materials, and wonderful outdoor areas – a garden at the heart of the building, spectacular rooftop terraces – make the NoMA House the ideal location for companies in search of their own identity, quality, and tranquillity at the heart of bustling Zuidas.

Sustainability label

The NoMA House has been awarded the BREEAM certificate.
