From Monday 12 January to Friday 22 May 2026, Waternet will relocate and renew the drinking water pipeline in Overschiestraat and Luchtvaartstraat, in connection with planned construction of new houses in the Schinkelkwartier district. The work will generally take place between 7 AM and 7 PM.
12 January to 22 May 2026
- Overschiestraat between 182 and 188: limited accessibility for local traffic.
- Voetbalstraat: minor traffic disruption during loading and unloading.
9 Februari until 8 May 2026
- Viaduct between Overschiestraat and Luchtvaartstraat: closed to motorized traffic and cyclists. The diversion is indicated by the familiar yellow signs. Open to pedestrians.
The schedule may change during the work, for example, due to unexpected obstacles in the ground or weather conditions.
