Between 30 June and the morning of Friday 4 July 2025 the Parnassusweg is closed due to adjustments to two train viaducts for the renovation of Amsterdam Zuid station.
Disruption
- During the evening and night of Monday 30 June, the road, footpath, and cycle path on the western side (away from the city, towards Buitenveldert) will be completely closed from 20:00 until 06:00 the following morning
- During the evening and night of Tuesday 1 July, Wednesday 2 July, and Thursday 3 July, the road will be closed in both directions from 20:00 until 06:00 the following morning
Diversions
- Road users on the western side (away from the city, towards Buitenveldert) will be diverted via Strawinskylaan, Beethovenstraat, and De Boelelaan
- Road users on the eastern side (towards the city) will be diverted via De Boelelaan, Beethovenstraat, and Strawinskylaan
- Buses and emergency vehicles will be diverted via Beethovenstraat
