27-29 March: A10 Zuid to A10 West closed

From Friday, 27 March 2026 at 22.00 in the evening until Sunday, 29 March at 10.00 in the morning, the road connecting the A10 Zuid to the A10 West in the direction of Leeuwarden/Zaanstad will be closed. One lane on the A4 in the direction of Schiphol will also be closed.

Please allow for an additional travel time of 10 to 30 minutes.

Works

During the weekend of Friday, 27 March to Sunday, 29 March, we will carry out preparatory work for the additional bridge that we are constructing on the northern side of the Schinkelbrug.

  • Road connecting the A10 Zuid to the A10 West in the direction of Leeuwarden/Zaanstad
  • One lane on the A4 in the direction of Schiphol (the far-right lane)

Open

  • A4 in both directions
  • A10 Zuid in both directions
  • A10 West in the direction of the A4 Schiphol
  • A10 Zuid in the direction of the A1 Hengelo/A2 Utrecht
  • Road connecting the A4 to the A10 West in the direction of Leeuwarden/Zaanstad

Testing construction techniques for the A10 Zuid tunnel – come and watch

We will meet at the Zuidas-Zuidasdok Information Centre, after which we will walk together to the test location
Construction of the A10 Zuid tunnel will begin in 2027, but we are already testing different construction methods for the tunnel walls. We are organising two free guided tours to the test location, between the courthouse and the Buitenveldert cemetery. You are welcome to join us.

Weekend of 13-16 March: road connecting A10 Zuid – A10 West closed

From Friday, 13 March 2026 at 22.00 until Monday, 16 March at 05.00, the road connecting the A10 Zuid to the A10 West (in the direction of Leeuwarden/Zaanstad) will be closed. During this period, we will be working on a new fly-over and on the Schinkelbrug bridge.
