From Monday, 17 August to Friday, 4 September 2026, there will be a changed traffic situation for motorised traffic on Gustav Mahlerlaan:
- Gustav Mahlerlaan is one-way for motorized traffic in a west-east direction—from Parnassusweg to Beethovenstraat.
- Motorised traffic from Beethovenstraat can drive up to the work zone at Bernsteinstraat, to turn around at the turning loop there under the guidance of traffic controllers, heading back towards Beethovenstraat.
- Benjamin Brittenstraat, on the south side of Gustav Mahlerlaan, is closed off from Mahlerlaan but remains accessible via Gershwinlaan.
Work
We are installing bicycle and pedestrian crossings on the southern carriageway of Gustav Mahlerlaan (between the Mahler1000 building and Bernsteinstraat).
