Zuid city district is making available a total of € 155,000 for initiatives in Zuidas and Buitenveldert. You can submit a plan of your own and also view and like other people’s plans. For residents who have questions, Zuid city district is organising an information meeting from 13.00 to 15.00 on Thursday, 26 September at the Amaliaplein (at the top of Minervalaan). The aim of the meeting is not only to answer questions, but also to bring residents together and encourage them to come up with joint plans. This increases the chances of a plan receiving funding.
Twenty-four plans funded in 2020
This is not the first time that Zuid city district has made available neighbourhood budgets. Last year saw no fewer than 257 plans submitted across the whole district. A total of some 16,000 residents took part in the Zuid Neighbourhood Budget 2020 finals. As a result of that vote, 24 plans are now being made a reality.
Additional € 100,000
On top of the neighbourhood budget of € 155,000, the district is also providing an additional € 100,000 for initiatives related to subjects highlighted in the Buitenveldert, Zuidas Area Plan 2021. The same rules apply for this as for the neighbourhood budget.
