There’s quite a lot going on in Zuidas. If you’re a resident or work here, you’ll have seen new buildings and housing appearing. If you’re a regular public transport user, you’ll be aware that there’s some serious work going on at Amsterdam Zuid station. If you’re a road user, you will certainly have noticed that the A10 Zuid is closed on a regular basis for all kinds of works. We look forward to telling you all about it.

Glimpse into the future

We can already reveal that the building work is only set to increase even more in the years ahead. This includes the tunnel that we plan to build for the A10 at the heart of Zuidas. Or all of the developments that Vrije Universiteit (VU Amsterdam) and the City of Amsterdam are initiating in the Kenniskwartier Innovation District. And what difference will the redevelopment of the huge ABN AMRO complex make for the city?

Sessions between 12-13 and 18-19

At our informal information market, experts will be on hand between 12.00-13.00 and between 18.00-19.00 to tell you about all of this. Not only our own, but also experts from the Zuid city district and VU Amsterdam. There will also be experts representing Icon Real Estate, to answer questions about Mahler 1 (a new office building in Gustav Mahlerplein) and about the later stages of the redevelopment of the ABN AMRO complex.

Extra programme

We held a similar market in March of this year, which attracted a lot of interest. At that time, our programme also included a series of guided tours. We intend to repeat that again this time. We can also already announce an extra part of the programme that we’re planning: two presentations featuring our huge model that provides you with an overview of all of the developments. We also plan to update this article with details of other extra programme components, so be sure to keep an eye out for updates. Perhaps there are some specific things that you want to know more about? If so, you can tell us about them now by responding underneath this article or completing our contact form.

A great initiative, I will be there. I would like to go into the detail of Mahler 1 building and its impact on the area now that the renders have been revealed
