We are developing the Zuidas district, regenerating Amsterdam Zuid station and have started widening the A10 Zuid. What do you think of all of it? And are you being provided with the right information and enough of it, or not? Tell us what you think by completing the survey.
Your views and experiences will help to ensure that we keep you informed as well as possible. Thanks to last year’s survey, for example, we found out that we needed to make sure that more people know about our information centre.
You can expect to hear a lot more from us
Your participation in the survey will hopefully help to improve our contact with you. Because one thing is certain: you can expect to hear a lot more from us in the years ahead. That’s why we are doing everything we can to make sure we provide you with the right information.
The regeneration of Amsterdam Zuid station, the widening of the A10 Zuid and the development of the Zuidas district all proceeded at pace in 2025. The construction of the tunnel and renewal of the Amstel junction also became part of the picture.
One of Zuidas’ oldest buildings, the iconic Mathematics & Physics Building at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam) is being demolished. This is not a simple job: the major demolition work began in the summer of 2025 and will take a total of three years. Why so long?
Do you have any ideas for improving Zuidas? If so, you could apply for a grant from the Zuid neighbourhood budget 2026 to make your plans a reality. Submit your application by 30 November 2025 and find out if you qualify for a financial contribution.
