Over the coming years, we will significantly expand the Rozenoordbrug across the Amstel. This means that existing parts of the bridge will need to be demolished. But how can we do this safely? To answer that question, we carried out special ultrasonic measurements this summer.
From 22.00 on Friday, 18 September 2026 until 05.00 on Monday, 21 September, the road connecting the A10 West to the A4 Schiphol will be closed from access road S107. In the evening and overnight, access road S107 towards the A10 Zuid will also be closed.
On 17 August 2026, the tender process began for plot 2 in the Beethoven neighbourhood. Located right next to St. Nicolaaslyceum and Beatrixpark, the site will provide private-sector homes for a range of households. Interested developers can submit a proposal.
