Ravelly

Ravelly will be the first residential tower block in the new, green and low-traffic residential district of Ravel. It means that Zuidas will have 75 more social rented apartments by 2025 (third quarter).

Social rented housing for families

The housing will include 25 apartments, with a usable area of 75 sq. m., that are ideally suited for small families. The other apartments will be 45 sq. m. in size. In the lowest level of the building (the plinth), there will be a childcare centre that will be part of the Kindercampus Zuidas. There will also be bicycle parking for residents on the ground floor. After completion, the apartments will be offered via Woningnet.

Austere yet friendly

Ravelly will be an austere yet friendly building. As a result of the different apartment floor plans and terraces sloping east, south and west, the building will have an unusual shape. This is accentuated by a façade made of curved grey/green sheets of prefabricated concrete. The aluminium window frames are slightly bronze in colour and electrochemically treated (anodised). This ensures that the material stays attractive for longer. Because of its trapezium-shaped openings on the ground floor, the building appears firmly anchored in the green and vibrant residential district: architecture and landscape go hand-in-hand.
