From Monday, 2 November 2026 from 07.00 in the morning through Monday, 8 March 2027 until 07.00 in the morning, the bicycle and pedestrian path on the west side of Beethovenstraat will be closed.
- Pedestrians will be diverted via the east side of Beethovenstraat.
- Cyclists will be diverted via the east side of Beethovenstraat.
- The seven bicycle racks located on the footpath will be removed starting at 07.00 in the morning on 2 November. Click here for an overview of alternative bicycle parking locations around the station.
Work
The new Brittenpassage (Britten passageway) will open on 1 November 2026. Following this, a large-scale renovation of the Minervapassage (Minerva passageway) will begin. To facilitate this, the construction site at ‘Spoorslag’ will be modified. We will remove the yellow steel structure, construct a new entrance to the construction site, and build a new access ramp for construction traffic between the northern metro tracks. From 2 November 2 2026, the pedestrian and bicycle path on the west side of Beethovenstraat will become part of the construction site.
