Where in Zuidas
Starting on Monday, 6 March, Liander will be working for the whole working week from 07.00 to 16.00, replacing an old gas pipeline in Antonio Vivaldistraat. It is located partly underneath the footpath and the traffic lane on Antonio Vivaldistraat, which means that the paving and asphalt will need to be opened at that point. Cars and other motorised vehicles are most likely to notice some disruption. Liander is notifying local residents by letter in advance.
Traffic diversion 6 March – 10 March
The traffic lane in the northerly direction in Antonio Vivaldistraat will be closed throughout the works. Barbara Strozzilaan will remain accessible to vehicles via De Boelelaan and Tommaso Albinonistraat further to the east, where a traffic controller will be deployed between 07.00 and 10.00 and 14.00 and 18.00 (and also between 18.00 and 22.00 if that is still necessary).
For vehicles travelling in a southerly direction, only one of the two lanes in Antonio Vivaldistraat will be available. The following advice therefore applies:
- Vehicles travelling in the direction of Beethovenstraat are advised to use Tommaso Albinonistraat;
- Vehicles travelling in the direction of Europaboulevard as advised to use Antonio Vivaldistraat.
Pedestrians will be re-directed to the other side of the road and cyclists will not experience any disruption. The number 464 bus stop in Antonio Vivaldistraat will be out of service during the works. The works will be completed on Friday, 10 March.
