Closures of the A10 Zuid. Parnassusweg closure. The closure of the access to Amsterdam Zuid station. The closure of the metro platform in the direction of Isolatorweg. There’s a lot happening during this summer – and we will also be causing a lot of disruption even after that. Zuidasdok is working on the regeneration of Amsterdam Zuid and the reconstruction of the De Nieuwe Meer junction. Railway and metro passengers and road users will experience a lot of disruption. However, local residents and other people in the area may also be subject to noise and other disruption at various times.

Information meetings

In order to inform you about everything that will be happening, we are organising walk-in meetings at the Zuidas-Zuidasdok Information Centre in the WTC, one on 24 June and two on 25 June 2024. You are welcome to join us – registration is not required.

Zuidasdok

All of these works are part of Zuidasdok, one of the largest infrastructural projects in the Netherlands. It is set to improve accessibility in Amsterdam and the northern part of the Randstad, both by road and public transport. The project includes the regeneration of Amsterdam Zuid station, the widening of the A10 Zuid from four to six lanes and the diversion of the A10 Zuid into a tunnel in the central area of Zuidas. Zuidasdok is a collaboration between the Public Works Department (Rijkswaterstaat), ProRail and the City of Amsterdam.
