Plots C2 and C3 are located along the ‘extended’ Parnassusweg, opposite the Warnersblokken apartments. There was a temporary courthouse on these plots for quite a while, because much of the old courthouse was demolished and a new one was built. The land on plots C2 and C3 is owned by the Central Government Real Estate Agency (RVB). The ultimate plan is for housing and offices to be built here.
The zoning plan for plot C2/C3 became final in 2025. It is not yet known when the plot will be available for sale and when construction can begin.
