Where in Zuidas
Plot K is located along the A10 Zuid, in the Kop Zuidas neighbourhood and next to the Crossover building. On this plot, there will be a building that includes a combination of offices, a residential care facility and a business incubator.
The housing in the future building on plot K will be part of a residential care facility that is planned for the lowest two floors. It will offer 30 former homeless people a personal programme with daily support. The facility will be managed by the Permens foundation.
Schedule
A tender still needs to be launched for the development of this building. The schedule for this tender will be determined when the zoning plan for Kop Zuidas becomes irrevocable.

Plans for Kop Zuidas to have a residential care centre for former homeless people on plot K will not go ahead. For the centre to be affordable, at least 30 housing units were needed. There is not sufficient space for that. The tender procedure for the plot will be in the second quarter of 2024.
In September 2023, the Kop Zuidas neighbourhood expressed its views on the temporary landscaping of plots K and L2. In the period before development starts in 2026, people would prefer to see plenty of green areas and space for recreation, sport and play.
