In the weekend of 23-25 January 2026, we are making preparations for the work on a new bridge across the river Schinkel. In the future, there will be two extra lanes for traffic heading to Amsterdam on this bridge. This will widen the A10 Zuid and make it safer.

- A4 in the direction of Amsterdam between the Badhoevedorp and the De Nieuw Meer junctions from Schiphol and Amstelveen.
- Traffic on the A4 will not be able to use the A4 in the direction of Amsterdam.
- Traffic on the A9 Amstelveen will not be able to use the A4 in the direction of Amsterdam.
- Traffic on the A4 will not be able to access the A10 Zuid from the De Nieuwe Meer junction.
- Road connecting the A4 to the A10 Zuid.

- A4 in the direction of Amsterdam for traffic from the A9 Haarlem.
- A4 exit 1 Amsterdam-Sloten for traffic from the A9 Haarlem.
- Road connecting the A4 to the A10 West in the direction of Leeuwarden/Zaanstad.
- A4 and A10 Zuid in direction of Schiphol/Rotterdam.
- A10 Zuid from the S108 access road in the direction of the A1 Hengelo/A2 Utrecht.
- Road connecting the A10 West to the A4 in the direction of Schiphol and the A10 Zuid in the direction of the A1 Hengelo/A2 Utrecht.

Lots of road closures in 2026
This year, we are continuing to work on the regeneration of Amsterdam Zuid station and widening of the A10 Zuid. Road users, railway and metro passengers will be seriously affected.
