Suggest ideas for the pocket park between PI59 and Freshfields

As the refurbishment of the PI59 office building in Prinses Irenestraat gradually makes progress, we are working with developer G&S& on plans for the public space around it. In-between this building and the Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer law firm, we plan to create a pocket park covering the PI59 underground car park. The roof of the underground car park is around 1,600 square metres and will be landscaped for public use together with the street next to it. The park is expected to be completed in the second half of 2024. Below, you can see which location is involved.

Sports, planting, a playground or something else?

What would you like to be able to do here in the future: play sports, meditate or would you prefer to have a playground? Perhaps you would like somewhere you can work outside or a place full of plants and greenery? Use your phone to scan the QR code or visit Zuidas.swipocratie.nl and suggest your ideas on how the pocket park should be used. Using the Swipocratie app, it takes around two minutes to give your views on a series of statements and proposed choices, simply by swiping left or right. Please note: it is not possible to swipe back within the app, so your first answer will count. You have until 9 April to make your contribution.
