Between now and 2025, approximately 1,700 new homes are set to be built in Zuidas. Around 6,000 more will follow after that. This will amount to about 10,000 homes in total, considerably more than the 7,000 envisaged in the Zuidas Vision (Visie Zuidas). We are building them for all the people of Amsterdam.
